I accept cancellation and reschedules in advance. You may cancel/reschedule UP TO 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service as I cannot fill your appointment.

I am a very small business and live far out from my suite, No-Call No-Shows will not be tolerated. You will be charged 100% of the service. Please just let me know if you won’t be coming in advance, thank you!

Anyone 15 or more minutes late to their appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service and their appointment will be canceled. Unless an exception is made, but your appointment will be cut short. Please message me upon arrival to your appointment if you are early and I will let you know if i’m ready for you.

Per my booking site, Square requires card information to hold your appointment, this is NOT a prepayment. This just protects me from No Shows & Late Cancellations.  Your card details cannot be seen and will NOT be charged unless you break the Cancellation or No show Policy.

Payments are accepted by Cash, Card Reader or Venmo ONLY. No checks. Payment must be received before you leave the building.

Please don’t wear makeup to your appointment! Especially lash services. Wearing makeup with result in a lash bath fee and shortened appointment time.
